Every PETISH piece is made on demand, just for you. Production times vary slightly by product. Most apparel is crafted within 1–3 business days, while pet bandanas are typically crafted within 3–5 business days. During peak periods, processing times may vary slightly — we appreciate your patience while your order is being crafted.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days from the date your order is placed.

If your order includes both apparel and pet accessories, your items may be crafted by different production partners. Because of this, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. If your matching item doesn't arrive with your first package, don't worry — it's on its way! You'll receive a tracking number for each shipment at no additional cost.
